You forgot to mention that both CBS & Fox have two regular season games per market (except a particular team's home market) this Sunday. I am not sure if this has ever occured since either CBS or Fox has the Double Header on any given Sunday. I think that both networks should have two games & not alternate who has two games most weeks. Maybe the NFL is testing this idea out this week to see if it could work in the future. I think if they had a choice, both would carry two games & not Tennis (for example) after the first game.
